These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TiggyLucky game and website at tiggylucky.netlify.app. By playing or visiting the site, you agree to these Terms.
The game
TiggyLucky is a free endless runner. You play as Tiggy the tiger. The brotherhood charm is free and lets Lucky join you for a double jump. Lucky Companion is an optional paid upgrade sold in the iOS and Android apps. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. The game is provided as-is for entertainment.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases such as Lucky Companion are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Prices, billing, and refunds follow those stores. Web visitors can browse the shop but complete a purchase in the iOS or Android app.
Scores
If you submit a score, you grant us permission to show those initials, your profile photo if you add one, and that score on the in-game leaderboard and the public website. Use three letters only. Do not submit offensive, hateful, or personal content. We may hide or delete any score.
Fair play
Do not cheat, abuse the leaderboard, attempt to break the service, or interfere with other players. Guest sessions are for playing, not for probing the backend.
Intellectual property
Tiggy, Lucky, the TiggyLucky name, and the game art are used for this project. You may play and share your own scores. You may not copy the game, characters, or site and present them as your own product.
Availability
We may update, pause, or stop the game or website at any time. Scores and guest sessions may be reset.
Liability
The game and website are provided without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, TiggyLucky is not liable for lost scores, downtime, or damages from using the game.
