Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TiggyLucky (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play the TiggyLucky mobile game or visit tiggylucky.netlify.app. It is the privacy policy for our Google Play and App Store listings.

Who this covers

You can start a run as a guest. You do not need a name, email, or account to play. Optional features — a saved profile, a photo, and in-app purchases such as Lucky Companion — require an account.

Information we collect

• Guest player id. The game signs you in anonymously with Supabase so your session can save scores and settings.
• Account information (optional). If you create an account, we store the email address and a hashed password you choose. Passwords are handled by our auth provider; we do not store them in plain text.
• Profile and leaderboard. You may set a display name, three initials, and a profile photo from your device gallery. If you submit a score, we store those initials, the score, and the photo URL if you added one. Those values can appear in the game and on the public leaderboard.
• Play stats. We keep a high score and games-played count on your player profile so we can run the leaderboard and moderate it.
• Purchases. Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive a purchase token or receipt so we can unlock the item on your account. We do not receive your full payment card number.
• Device and app information. To keep the app working we process app version, device type / OS, crash logs, diagnostic events, and a push-notification token if you allow notifications. Local settings (for example audio) stay on the device.
• Technical logs. Our hosts may process IP address, browser type, and request time when you use the website or APIs.
• Console accounts. The TiggyLucky team signs in with email and password to operate the website console. That is not used for regular play.

How we use it

We use this information to run the game, save progress and purchases, show the live leaderboard, send optional notifications, hide abusive scores, diagnose crashes, understand which features are used, deliver app updates, and keep the website working.

We do not sell player data. We do not use play data to show third-party advertising. We do not use your data for personalized ads.

Sharing and processors

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate TiggyLucky:

• Supabase — accounts, scores, profiles, and avatar storage.
• Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and Remote Config on supported devices.
• Google Play / Apple — billing for in-app purchases.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Shorebird — optional app patches after you install from a store.

Those providers process data under their own terms. Public leaderboard initials, scores, and profile photos are visible to anyone who opens the game or website.

Storage

Game data is stored in our TiggyLucky Supabase project. Analytics and crash reports are stored by Google Firebase. The website is hosted on Netlify. We keep account and score data while the game is operating, and we may retain limited records needed for security, purchases, or legal reasons.

Cookies

The public game and leaderboard do not use advertising cookies. The operations console uses cookies only to keep a team member signed in.

Children

TiggyLucky is a casual runner for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Do not enter a real name, email, or other personal details as leaderboard initials. Optional accounts, photos, and purchases should be used by an adult or with a parent or guardian.

Your choices

You can keep playing as a guest without creating an account or submitting a score. You can decline notification permission. You can change or remove a profile photo and display name from the in-app profile screen after you sign in. Submitted scores may be hidden or removed if they break the Terms of Service.
